@USDOT @SecDuffy @POTUS Why is this even a thing? In order to get your CDL in this country. You must be able to speak and read English. If you have drivers that can not that falls on the licensing DMV. There should be investigations of the dmv that are issuing CDL to none English speaking drivers.

Their first question is are you Spanish. When I say no they say good luck. It's not impossible but would be a lot easier if you were Spanish.
