I want to point out AGAIN that just 9 days ago, @RandPaul opposed an anti-lynching bill on the Senate Floor. The SAME bill unanimously passed initially. The House named it after Emmett Till and sent back. NOW Rand says the language is too broad.

We are in the 21st Century, using 18 and 19th Century police tactics. While we seek justice and accountability for the acts of individual officers, we have to address the policies that give them the authority to unnecessarily cause harm and take lives with out consequences.
