#TrumpWar Add this Israel defense cost to the $30 - 60 Billion cost + replacement of the 42 aircraft shot down + loss of life and injuries - TOO EFFING EXPENSIVE when gas is $4.60 a gallon and diesel $5.65 a gallon, and wholesale price inflation is 6% (trickling down my ...)
.@SenMarkKelly I still remember the 3-4 hour course we had on Constitutional (legal) orders, the UCMJ, and the Geneva Convention at Fort Jackson, SC, Army Basic Training. THANK YOU for the courage you show! Keep speaking truth to these corrupt mofos!!
Trump threatened to nuke Iran during the same press event where he called a woman reporter "baby" and a "bitch" and we'll all just supposed to continue on tomorrow as though any of this insanity is normal or acceptable
Today, I was back in court, standing up against this Administration’s attempts to silence me, millions of other veterans, and all Americans. Our vets deserve leaders who stand up for their rights, not try to take them away. That’s why I’m not giving them an inch.
BREAKING: Mystery group opens MASSIVE physical library in New York City containing all 3,400 volumes of the Epstein files as critics accuse DOJ of hiding the truth.
While the Justice Department under new Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche continues to drag its feet on the Epstein Files Transparency Act, a group called the Institute for Primary Facts has taken matters into its own hands — and the result is as haunting as it is powerful.
The group has opened a physical reading room in New York City, housing every page of the Epstein files across more than 3,400 volumes. Part public art installation, part functioning library, the space contains 17,000 pounds of evidence documenting the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein and his network of powerful enablers.
MS Now contributor Lisa Rubin previewed the space and spoke with David Garrett, a businessman turned activist who serves as spokesperson for the group. His explanation for why they built it physically rather than digitally cuts right to the heart of why this library matters:
"When you're looking at something digitally, whether it's on your phone or on your computer, that digital experience makes it very difficult to really understand the scale of what we're talking about. What we have here is really focused on the survivors and the victims. What we wanted to build was a way to honor the survivors and victims and surround them by 17,000 pounds of evidence of those crimes."
Seventeen thousand pounds. Walk into that room and you feel the weight of what was done and what has been hidden.
But here's the detail that tells you everything about where we still are: most visitors to the reading room won't be allowed to page through the documents. Not because the Institute is being secretive — but because the DOJ's redactions remain so inadequate that the files are still not safe to read without putting the survivors at risk. Even the people Epstein victimized cannot safely read the government's own files about their victimization at this point.
The Justice Department has released millions of pages. Pam Bondi and her successor have called it exhaustive. Congressional investigators found a sealed suicide note the DOJ had never seen. Survivors issued a joint statement saying the burden of truth must fall on the powerful, not on them.
And now a mysterious group with 3,400 volumes and 17,000 pounds of paper is doing more to honor that truth than the Department of Justice has managed in years.
Please like and share this story if you believe that Epstein's survivors deserve the full truth — and that the people who victimized them and those who covered up the whole scandal deserve to face accountability.
* “Everything Trump touches turns to shit”
*Congresswoman Katie Porter used that exact phrasing, which went viral. Sports journalist Rick Reilly (author of Commander in Cheat: How Golf Explains Trump) has also been quoted using nearly identical language.
"We can fight to stop the ballroom. If this means leaving the area as a destruction site for the rest of Trump’s presidency, so be it. Let its ugliness exemplify the Trump era. Let its rubble symbolize what he's tried to do to the American republic." https://t.co/yVcOuyDSrT
State supreme court justices play a critical role in defending your rights and freedoms, which is why the election happening in Georgia right now is so important.
Make sure you have a plan to vote for Jen Jordan and Miracle Rankin, the only two candidates in the race with strong records of standing up for all Georgians.
Early voting is already underway and Election Day is May 19th. Find out where you can vote at https://t.co/OHJnsHnuiB.
This guy is on point with every damn word. Vote these republicans out. I’m so sick of these ppl cuddling Trump and I know many of you are as well. Your November vote is needed.
@LottaOswalt You and me too!! And the freaking phone text messages. I told the @dccc I would never contribute another dime because of all their text spam...
Hard to keep the faith in the face of #TrumpTariffs and #TrumpWar effing the economy.
