My husband looked me dead in the eyes and said, “I want a divorce. I’ll take the house, both cars, the businesses, everything. Just leave the boy with me.”
My lawyer begged me to fight. Family and friends called me insane. But I smiled softly and said, “Give him whatever he wants.”At the final hearing, I signed every document without hesitation. The house. The cars. The accounts. All of it. He sat across from me, grinning like he’d won the lottery, already picturing his new life. He didn’t know I had already won.
As the judge stamped the papers, my husband leaned back, victorious until his lawyer leaned in and whispered something that made his face turn ghostly white.

Well done @ECB_cricket on getting play cricket running properly yesterday taking out ball by ball updating to pc-live. Begs the question isn’t fall of wicket & end of over updating sufficient at grassroots level @HalifaxCL
The @HalifaxCL have put together a proactive action plan for clubs to follow ahead of fixtures this weekend to hopefully alleviate recent issues. Please can all clubs, captains & scorers read and follow the attached plan🙏Please retweet this at your club

@cricketyorks Is it really necessary to live stream grass roots cricket - does anybody watch it ! Stop it now & get back to providing a reliable service & just play cricket
@cricketyorks People are correct in saying that the problems started when clubs were encouraged to live stream their games - seems obvious that the amount of data being uploaded etc would affect the system !
@bclcricket There message saying it ran ok on Sunday last week shows a lack of understanding on how much more activity there is on a Saturday than a Sunday
@bclcricket Yes - play Cricket Live is unusable - they need to turn the video stuff off, set updates to end of over for all games rather than ball by ball - cut down the traffic until they get something sorted .
@JamesWe86135746@HalifaxCL@CopleyCC The middle division is a problem but you would have to ask if we had played today & it rained on the last day in September when the other fixtures are played would clubs who played today have accepted having their points wiped out when they may have been winning the division ?
