@Safaricom_Care How long does it take you guys to resolve issues with home fiber connectivity????? Been disconnected since morning and you are not giving a good reason why it's taking forever to fix it... Sometimes you disgust some of us your clients with inconvenience.
We're going through one of those historical shifts where there are 3 types of people:
1) People who cry and become violent about the fact that they can't "do what they've been doing" for the rest of their lives without getting left behind (avoid these people)
2) People who do nothing until they are forced to because they have to survive, but the penalty for starting late is so severe because everyone else is exponentially further ahead of them
3) People who stay curious, experiment, build, and figure out how to adopt the new way of doing things in a way thats useful (without attaching to the way things were done in the past)
It has always been important that you choose option 3, but now is as good a time as ever.
