In the 1970s, 160/95 was considered acceptable.
Then it became 140/90.
Now they’re pushing optimal all the way down to 110/70.

Did our bodies suddenly change… or did the definition just keep moving?

A growing number of voices are saying high blood pressure is often not the real disease.

It’s the body’s compensation for deeper problems like insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, and mitochondrial dysfunction.

Some studies even show that pushing numbers too low can increase the risk of heart attacks, kidney decline, and dementia... especially in older people.

Most doctors are still only treating the number on the screen. Almost none are measuring the actual root causes.
