You don’t get a pre-copy of the file. When they charge you for your unlawful actions, then you get the file. Just because you are a governor doesn’t put you over the law. This guy is pathetic. @elonmusk employs over 150k people and his companies contribute hundreds of billions of dollars to the economy every year. So what is @RoKhanna plan? Let’s use government to pass a law to force Elon to destroy his companies by selling his shares to give away to other people so that they don’t have to earn it. Elon does more for this country every single day that Khanna has done since he took office.

Exactly. And watching Gavin Newsom scramble trying to use his position to get the investigation filings before a charge is almost funny, but more pathetic. It tells me he is worried that they will find what he was doing. If he was innocent, he would get lawyers and be very cooperative.
