This has ran on for so long that those that were originally considered newly SE no longer are in that category. There are people who have been SE since April 18, paying tax doing the right thing but still receiving no help.

Just to re-emphasise the point that the scheme excludes those that became self employed in the year ending Apr 2019 that had PAYE earnings in that year of 50% of their income. @DianeDoddsMLA
