@EurekaForbes your sales executive Mr Vivek Singh Mumbai came over to check my filter Infinity model as a service technician, and opened up my filter saying that the filter needs to be replaced no complaint or fault from my end, have service contract upto sept 24

Says machine needs to be replaced and eureka Forbes will cancell my service active contract if not replaced, forcing me to issue check for new machine, when I confronted him I realised he wasn't a service technician but a sales executive posing as service engg. with intention

This shows that eureka forbs doesn't trust the machines you sell that you force customers to upgrade when there isn't any fault with existing machine and technician damage equipment during service to ensure that this product is faulty, have lost faith with Eureka forbs
