I've ben trying for 2 days to get hold of your broadband dept. I cant get part your IVR phone system i keep going arounf in circles poor disgraceful service I bet I want even get a reply from you

Whats do you want me to do now and why can't I talk to someone on the phone. You are supposed to be a commication company and you can't communicate with a person only over this social media platform

I woukd like someone to contact me about Asda Llanelli I have a complaint. And when I asked for the store manger on Sunday I was told there was No Store Manger on Dutiy and that you had the head of security running your Llanelli store very poor really

Shocking, ridiculous, hilarious, this company is a joke no body nows what they are doing they ask you a question on line as this is the only way to talk to them and then takes says to reply if they can be bothered was a mess this company is in.

Well, what can I say, shocking, poor, disgraceful, unhelpful, worst customer service ever. Your ether very bad at your jobs or you have so many compliments you can't deal with them all. Im sure David Twigg is so proud of the low leave of customer service
