i would think the Bears would buy Soldier Field for $2b if the offer was there. and retire the debt. But the ISFA would then be one step closer to being irrelevant

they like that hotel tax. govt especially in illinois would never lower a tax or take one away. it's baked in.

the bears will go to Hammond. Sox will go to the south loop (or hammond)

and the soldier and guaranteed rate will be empty
