@5ussexgirl I had the same and tried to call 5 times and after an hour of waiting cut off. I found out from DPD Randox entered the wrong address for my test and now it’s been delivered to the wrong person. I have emailed, FB and Tweeted them but no reply. Absolutely disgusting service

@Ryanair I booked at flight at 15.08 yesterday and you accept my booking and payment. Then you cancel the flight immediately after? Why would you do that? Now I’m told 3 weeks for a refund when I called, feels like you’re taking money when you know you won’t schedule the flight!
