The biggest emotional loss in trading I had was losing $6500 in one trade when my account was $12,000 and I had less than $5000 in my bank account.

The biggest monetary loss I had was $51,000 trading CPI, at that time e my account was $500,000+, had 7 figures in the bank and cash flowing businesses.

It’s all perspective in the end. I still tell people my biggest loss was $6500 as that affected me emotionally and still to this day I can feel the way I was shaking and felt like the floor had been pulled from underneath.
