@ServicesGovAU I don't need an Advance payment. I have set GP appointments for a S8 medication that is on a strict schedule as per @MedicareGov guidelines. My old payday fell on a Friday but I've been approved for the DSP. Now it's on a Monday. This doesn't line up with the schedule.

Have been pushed from pillar to post, almost 3 hours on complaints line trying to find my status because I'm severely ill & need $$$ for medical care. All for nothing.

First estimated completion 09/09. Then, 19/09 but that's now unlikely. Was spoken to rudely. Told that it's "peak time". That my Jobseeker payment is "sufficient" for now, despite experiencing hardship + needing to see a GP but financially can't. This is abhorrent.

@ServicesGovAU I spent over 2 hours waiting to speak to someone regarding my DSP application. It has been pending since June. Have been told by both JCA & Sonic Health that I have been recommended for approval & meet above the 20 points. The phone call was shocking
