@OC_TranspoHelps can you please fix the scheduling of the 55 Elmvale? The bus is supposed to come every 15 min. We’ve been waiting since 1530 at the General Ring Road, nothing has shown up and the next one isn’t coming until 1630. Unreliable service is why ridership is down

@OC_TranspoHelps I don’t have the 4 digit number of the busses that didn’t show up. Or the one that did at 430. The real time GPS screen shot provided shows the scheduling issues. They don’t match up to the scheduled time. Reach out to your drivers who were supposed to be on schedule.

@ctvottawa Means the rest of us who don’t need R1 service but rely on those regularly scheduled routes are left scrambling with no show busses.

Hey @OC_TranspoHelps & @_MarkSutcliffe how about you make transit free for all users until you can sort out the LRT issues. Fortunately I don’t have to use LTR but sadly half of my busses are no shows in order to cover your R1 and express services. #unreliable #octranspofail

@OC_TranspoHelps what’s the status of the 55 elmvale that was supposed to leave the hospital at 23:27? The driver completed the elmvale to hospital portion and then says they are on break for 30 min and then start at 00:07. Where are the cancellation notices?

@OC_Transpo Bus 55 Westgate. Leaving Evamvale today at 1431 (was closer to 1435 when the route started). I got off at General Hosptial. The driver still had no mask on. Bus number 4470. Likely still driving their route right now.

@OC_Transpo when did masks become optional for your drivers? Not the best look for the driver of the bus serving the hospitals in the city to not beware a mask.

Hey @JimWatsonOttawa @OC_Transpo when are you going to sort out the 55 Elmvale? At the general hospital 2 scheduled busses haven’t shown up & 3rd appears to be running late. Yet no updates from the twitter account. This has happened almost every day since the route existed
