@KalieSacco @JenaFriedman Yes, 10000%. PPD is very real. But there a lot of similar symptoms that could be alleviated if we had systemic infrastructure and societal support for birthing parents and families. Capitalism and new parenthood don’t mix well.

Puppies can't be separated from their mothers for 8 weeks, whereas families in this country don't have access to paid leave. "In some ways we have better laws for puppies than for children in this country." Even more appalling when you put it that way. #ReimagineECE @NewAmericaEd
