Moral decadence is a reality in Ethiopia. It is a symptom of moral decay. The effects of moral decadence on our society are deeply pervasive. A morally decadent society is no longer sensitive to the issues of violence, injustice, discrimination, sexual harassment or fairness.
#Abiy Ahmed's leadership is more concerned with self-image optics than addressing the real challenges facing our country. Ethnic cleansing, displacements, mass arrests, human rights violations, unlawful arrests, forced disappearances, and torture & cannot be masked by vanity projects with no benefit to the suffering people. #JusticeForEthiopia #RerouteRemittance #SanctionEthiopianGovt
@theNSLS A great leader for me is the one who strives in finding the actual problem that needs to be solved, who is able to lead himself /herself and thers focusing on the solution, who has a trust on himself / herself and others capacity, and also empower others.
@theNSLS One exciting quote I got from Bill Gate's interview is, "Leadership to me is finding a problem that I believe can be solved." This tells us leadership by itself should not be a problem. Leaders must work for a solution instead of complicating the issue. Bereket, UMGC.

Completing the NSLS training and filling technical and leadership skills gaps will be the first action step to achieving my feature goal.
