@LarryHogan So until then what does one do to fix their claim that the new website locked them out of? Its 7:09 a.m and the phone lines are already busy. Started calling at 6:59 a.m and already no one to answer a call because their phone lines are already busy.

@LarryHogan Can't get through on the phone numbers that you have to call specifically from the paper received and get through to either of the two main numbers. Understand that the system is overwhelmed, but getting through is impossible.

@MD_Labor That's a bold face lie. You change everything and screw people up with a question, then have no way of getting help to fix the issue. Phone line busy before 8:00am. No answered emails. No help whatsoever.
