How has the state tripled its budget yet failed to build water storage, manage its forests, or adquately fund fire and police?

How has education spending tripled yet our students now learn less?

Why do we have the most "progressive" tax structure yet the highest level of poverty and inequality?

And of course, how has the state managed to spend $17 billion on High-Speed Rail without laying any track?

@tmonteIH As someone that was way ahead of my time when I was 20 yrs old and driving a Dodge 12V w/ straight pipes, I got to say them old engines just sound awesome. Now as I’m ready to leave my 40’s behind I’m grateful that a 450 hp diesel truck is quiet as a mouse too.
