She called when he refused to leave. The people arguing in the video are customers also at the bar. He was arguing with everyone.

@rebelyell311 @pat1526 @PhillyCrimeUpd That wasn’t the bartender who said to go home it was people at the bar. The bartender served him 3 drinks he went to the bathroom at one point n came back belligerent. They suspect drugs involved not the bartenders fault. She cut him off n told him to leave.
