BREAKING: HELL YES! A federal judge orders the removal of Donald Trump's name from the Kennedy Center and halts his shutdown of the beloved center.

This is an astonishing defeat for MAGA...

U.S. District Judge ‌Christopher ⁠Cooper has given the Trump administration just 14 days to remove every single sign at the center bearing Trump's name and to delete all references to a "Trump Kennedy Center" in official materials for the center.

Cooper's ruling is a permanent injunction which asserts that the center’s board of trustees — which is stocked with Donald's MAGA cronies — may not proceed with its plans to close the institution for two years. The bizarre closure was originally announced after a string of prominent artists canceled performances in response to Trump’s takeover of the center. Ticket sales were also struggling.

The judge explicitly stated that all signage is barred from indicating that the building “is named for any person other than President John F. Kennedy.”

Cooper slammed the board for using “an insufficient, one-sided presentation of information” when it moved to close the center. Meanwhile, federal law “makes crystal clear” that the center is named after Kennedy, an actual President.

This court defeat is a major black eye for Trump because unlike the Iran War or the skyrocketing price of groceries, it’s something he actually cares about.

As it becomes increasingly clear that he will go down as the worst President in American history, a leader who failed his people, future generations, and basic morality, Trump has been scrambling to carve out some kind of legacy for himself. It’s the same warped pathology that has him fixated on his ballroom, the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, his Triumph Arch, and slapping his face on $250.

BREAKING: HOLY SH*T! Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito's son secretly received a top job inside the Trump administration while Alito was ruling on massive cases involving the White House.

This is corruption, nepotism, and in-kind bribery all wrapped up in one...

Philip Alito, the son of far-right Justice Samuel Alito, was given an appointment as a lawyer at the Treasury Department early on in Trump's second term. His father was aware of the appointment and did nothing to block it, unsurprising since Alito has zero interest in avoiding conflicts of interest or maintaining the legitimacy of the court.

This is the same Samuel Alito who was caught accepting bribes from billionaire Paul Singer in the form of luxury jet travel and an expensive fishing vacation. And that's just what we know about.

According to NOTUS, four government officials confirmed that Alito's son is working inside the office of the general counsel, which supports Treasury Secretary Bessent. Notus described the arrangement as a "closely guarded secret."

Philip Alito, in an apparent effort to maintain a low profile, does not have a public resume, LinkedIn profile, or a presence on the Treasury Department. Most of the images available of him online are older, from when his father was first appointed to the court. He's a ghost in the system, getting paid by our tax dollars, and presumably whispering in his father's ear to tilt rulings in Trump's favor.

“Everybody knew who he was. I think it’s fair to say he kept a pretty low profile. I kind of had the impression that he was kind of a little bit sheepish about his celebrity affiliation. You’d go into a meeting and if people were introducing themselves by first and last name, he’d just say ‘Phil,’ not Phil Alito. He’s a pretty soft-spoken guy,” one official stated.

The efforts to keep his identity shielded from not only the public, but his co-workers, proves that he knows what he's doing is deeply improper. If there was nothing to hide, he wouldn't need to keep his head down. But Alito, and presumably his father, know that this appointment further damages what little credibility the Supreme Court has left.

“There’s no doubt he got that position because of who he is,” another official told NOTUS. “[Advisers] are in all the meetings, so they knew all the issues across the board.”

Damningly, the younger Alito was working his Treasury job when the court ruled on Trump's tariffs. While the administration was ultimately defeated, Justice Alito joined with Brett Kavanaugh to rule in favor of Trump. At no point in the process did he disclose in court documents that his son was working for one side, nor did he recuse himself. The administration is insisting that the younger Alito had no role in the case, but this White House lies through its teeth at every turn.

And the problem hasn't diminished in the slightest. Trump's $1.776 billion slush fund for January 6th insurrectionists, MAGA loyalist, and Republican child molesters is getting hammered by lawsuits right now. When one of these cases inevitably ends up in front of the Supreme Court, Justice Alito will once again be ruling on a case in which his son has a vested interest in a particular outcome.

These crooks are laughing in our faces as they line their pockets, rig the system, and set their children up to do the same for the next generation.

Phillip Alito must be fired and Samuel Alito must be impeached!

BREAKING: Pope Leo XIV enrages MAGA by formally apologizing for the Church's role in legitimizing slavery and for failing to condemn it for centuries, calling it a "wound in Christian memory."

This is truly historic and Republicans are furious...

“It is impossible not to feel deep sorrow when contemplating the immense suffering and humiliation endured by so many in stark contrast to their immeasurable dignity as persons infinitely loved by the Lord. For this, in the name of the church, I sincerely ask for pardon," Leo wrote in “Magnifica Humanitas,” his much-anticipated first encyclical.

While previous popes have apologized for the Christian involvement in the trans-Atlantic slave trade, none has ever delivered such a direct apology for the broader role that the Church played in the survival of that deeply evil institution.

The Vatican at times gave European monarchs express permission to colonize and enslave foreign peoples, slathering their brutal crimes against humanity in a veneer of Christian piety. In the 15th century, Pope Nicholas V went so far as to give the Portugese throne authority to subjugate and rob “Saracens, and pagans, and other infidels, and enemies of the name of Christ” as well as "reduce their persons to perpetual slavery.”

Leo took that history on head-first—

"Already in the early modern period, the Apostolic See of Rome, responding to the requests of sovereigns, intervened several times in order to regulate and legitimize forms of subjugation, and, in certain cases, including the enslavement of ‘infidels,'" he wrote.

"In the development of her doctrine, the Church has gradually come to a deeper awareness of the gravity of these issues," Leo stated. "It is true that past events cannot be judged anachronistically, as though the moral criteria that matured over time had always been available. Yet neither can we deny or diminish the delay with which both society and the Church came to denounce the scourge of slavery."

He added that it "took eighteen centuries" for the Church to "explicitly" recognize its "full incompatibility with slavery."

“This constitutes a wound in Christian memory, one from which we cannot consider ourselves detached,” Leo added.

The pronouncement has already been met with outrage from many members of the online right, who believe that the Western world should never apologize for anything it's done, not even slavery. Social media is aflurry with MAGA accusations that Leo has succumbed to "suicidal empathy" and "white guilt." These are the same people who believe that the Civil War was fought for "states' rights" and that the Confederacy was an admirable endeavor.

“For descendants of enslaved persons, this is once again a much needed apology from the pope,” said Anthea Butler, senior fellow at Oxford University's Koch History Center. She added that the apology empowers Leo to “speak to the current issues of technological enslavement.”

The Pope's slavery apology was part of a much lengthier document whose title translates to "Magnificent Humanity." It's largely focused on humanity's roles and responsibilities as artificial intelligence reshapes the world around us. Leo connected the topic to slavery by warning that these emergent technologies are leading to new forms of human exploitation and debasement, as neocolonialist labor practices are implemented to provide the rare minerals necessary to build AI chips.

The situation in the Congo is particularly dire, with untold masses of men, women, and children being paid next to nothing — and in some cases nothing at all — to work in inhumane, unhealthy conditions mining cobalt.

While so many of our world leaders are failing to confront the challenges and evils of the modern world, Pope Leo is boldly leading the way.

BREAKING: Republican Congressman Thomas Massie exposes Trump for choking off water to Colorado to punish Lauren Boebert after she voted to release the Epstein files.

This is a jaw-dropping revelation...

"Lauren Boebert, they took her over to the Situation Room, right? Like this is where if they're trying to kill or capture Osama bin Laden, this is where they are at the White House," Massie said during an interview with Tucker Carlson. "They took her into the Situation Room and tried to whip her into taking her name off of the discharge petition."

"Over Epstein?" asked Carlson.

"Over Epstein. Yep," confirmed Massie. "And then the president vetoed a bill that would have brought water to a large portion of Colorado."

"Over Epstein," Carlson repeated.

"Over Epstein," said Massie. "And this isn't even— At this point, it's not just about Lauren Boebert. Why are people in Colorado deprived of water because their representative wants to expose a sex trafficking ring?"

"I mean, none of this makes any sense at all," said Carlson.

Unfortunately, it makes all too much sense. Trump is a deeply vindictive man. He wouldn't hesitate to punish an entire state if he thought that it would hurt Boebert's political career. Hell, he wouldn't hesitate to punish the entire country if he thought it would hurt an enemy.

As for why he didn't want the Epstein files released, that's even more obvious. His name is all over those documents. We still don't have the full files, but the ones we have seen include allegations that Trump raped and sexually abused minors with his long-time friend Epstein.

The bill that Trump vetoed to punish Boebert was related to a 130-mile pipeline aimed at carrying water from the Pueblo Reservoir to roughly 50,000 rural Coloradans. Currently, those people struggle to obtain adequate water and what water they do have access to is often contaminated with salt, radioactive waste, and toxic chemicals.

The bill would have extended repayment periods for local municipalities and it passed unanimously in Congress before Trump vetoed it. According to the Congressional Budget Office, the measure would have added a relatively measly (by federal spending standards) $500,000 to the government's costs for the project. Trump vetoed it anyway. This is the same man who's now seeking $1 billion in taxpayer funds for his ballroom.

In other words, Trump chose to make innocent Americans drink harmful water because he was upset that his pedophilia had been exposed.

This is an impeachment worthy offense.
