@DIRECTV I scheduled service then found out I must leave for an extended time so I called back to cancel. Your lack of customer service agent argued with me so aggressively I will not be using your service when I return. Fire her.
@Lowes Every other company I've done business with sends out invoices or statements weeks after the credit line is open, but not Lowe's it was FIVE DAYS later when I received the bill. Not the credit card or items ordered...THE BILL.
@Lowes What if the tiles finally arrive and are damaged and have to be returned? I've already received a bill for them and interest is accruing based on date I ordered. Will I receive every penny in credit back?
@Lowes Neither does your credit company. I still have not received items ordered nor the actual credit card but I have received a bill. That is not right. Not a good way to do business. Makes people angry.
They were not helpful and believe a five day statement period is normal. No, it is not. I can't even pay the e-statement because I have not yet received the card. Very bad experience. I will not shop at Lowe's again. It's just pass the buck there.
@kelfitzauthor 1/ Kellie, we apologize greatly for any inconvenience this has caused. An associate with the Lowe's Credit Center will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your Lowe's Credit Account. The number to call is 1-800-444-1408.
@Lowes 25 minutes later to learn you do not care about your customers at all. "It's the terms and conditions of the credit card to charge interest from date of purchase not when items are received or even if the actual credit card has been received."
