First my iphone suddenly changed my password locking me out of my phone for the last 24 hours until I finally gave up and restored my phone to factory settings.

Nope that wasn't helpful. The first apple person I talked to screwed things up worse and now I'm fully locked out and have to go through Account Recovery which could take days or months (???????)
