@SouthwestAir We waited on the tarmac yesterday for over an hour and we’re told it was to make certain the right bags were on the plane.
We did not have -40 in Denver.

@SouthwestAir I stood in line 2 hours in Dallas to file a claim. Waited on hold for 2.5 hours today to follow-up. I called bag ops in Den 3xs.
No resolution or answers!
