So easy to short despite it being thin. Need a cover quickly? Thank goodness for "redemptions". It's about time for the ETF to quit the in kind exchange and revert back to cash. Otherwise, it's too easy to short the underlyings with no danger, just long the ETF to cover yourself and guaranteed cover amount against redemption.

@vitamansteve @V_arrell I'm sure selling TX was one of the conditions of the takeover. Also, they said the rs would be between 1-20 and 1-40 so announcing 1-30 is no surprise.

@Mary_Kemp1 @sammyj_19 @TABSRQ The price action in the three names that have announced is telling you that this isn't the garden variety RS for dilution. Normally they are slammed on announcement, which they tried to do with $CURLF but it came right back.

@WeedStreet420 Exactly. Why I was writing before that it makes the optics look terrible, people think it's because of other reasons and give up and sell. At some point, the bigger longs are going to need to understand they have to defend like the shorts do.

@WeedStreet420 It wasn't organically rejected, the market makers need to close it under 5 and it's super easy to do as the big longs do nothing other than hang their head in shame while being laughed at hysterically. It's pretty pathetic actually.
