@polgara28951124 @stan2w @JustineClaire65@SocialistNHS Oop you have court me out dam it!!! When the local business bring us goody's in when we were working 13 hour shifts in full PPE....dam you nice people
@polgara28951124 @stan2w @JustineClaire65@SocialistNHS Also we have amazing relatives (maybe not you) thag bring us treats as they know we don't get off the ward for our breaks, just a small gesture when we have held patients dieing hands and made sure they are clean and pain free.
@JackieMayes5@An_English_man_ @Cvt116 @stan2w @JustineClaire65@SocialistNHS Then you have had a raw deal as both hospitals I have worked snd currently work in, all nurses do basic care, what notes could I write up without actually seeing my patients.
@JackieMayes5 @Cvt116 @stan2w @JustineClaire65@SocialistNHS As a nurse I spend llmu life on the wards and again I can tell you as a nurse I toilet my and was and feed my patients.
@Cvt116 @stan2w @JustineClaire65@SocialistNHS We have a extremely staff shortage problem not a management problem and why do we have a staffing crisis. Poor pay, poorly treated, life time of debt
@NotPappa @stan2w @JustineClaire65@SocialistNHS Yeah we down tools, leave the ward give the patients the jets to the drug cabinet and set off to Costa ๐
@stan2w @JustineClaire65@SocialistNHS Also the gangs of nurses that are standing talking as you say and disturbing your sleep is the one nurse and the 2 hca assistance trying to make sure the dieing patient has enough pain relief, the confused patient is safe
@stan2w @JustineClaire65@SocialistNHS Gangs of nurses ๐ค on a 30 beded ward there is meant to be 4 nurses, for the past 3 years we work on 1 nurse, but yes us gang of nurses stand together chatting.
@Allan1cas@M13kyD @stan2w @JustineClaire65@SocialistNHS Whilst keeping that patient alive or sitting with a dieing patient because they carnt get access the the emergency room. Shame on you
@LuvScotlandtoo@SocialistNHS Well paid? I think you need to do your research! Under paid and under staffed, working 13 hours with no breaks. Tell me another job that this happens too?
@TedwynBladey@SocialistNHS The retail staff tou speak of don't have the added pressure of been that deprived of breaks and rest on a 13 hour shift and then worrying incase you make a drug error that could harm are be fatel to out patients. Very different pressures!!
