Hi I’m wondering if you can help? The road I live on recently had Virgin Media cables installed, this meant the pavement and road had to be dug up, since this happened my 90 yr old neighbour’s garden has been flooded, this is causing her immense distress.@LutzSchueler

@MartinSLewis It’s not just meter readings that are the problem. I have topped up prepayment meter, money taken from bank account but not been added to smart meter meaning it will run out shortly, leaving no electricity supply. Many people having similar and worse situations.
