@Delta last post promise.. DL436 Seatbelts on while fueling, flying through storm without weather radar, the crew, 1 friendly the rest just lazy. Something is going wrong at delta or is it just me
@Delta it just gets worse. Isn’t it standard procedure to turn off seatbelt signs and instruct passengers to stay seated during fueling? Obviously not on Delta flights. No weather radar? Really? A credit card company masquerading as an airline.. poor safety and customer service
@Delta ok so.. delayed flight and watching as your cabin crew hand out chocolate and coke to their colleagues while completely ignoring the passengers sitting in 1st class who haven’t even been offered a soft drink. Didn’t you used to care about your passengers.. do better
@Delta valid question but not complaining. Sitting in DFW this evening and after flying 500k miles (not a lot but probably $20k a year) with you, I decided to never fly with delta again.. What have you done to the brand that I came to this point? Again, just curious.
