When working on a skill which is usually a standard for grading, I am watching student do it and giving them direct feedback. When a student is struggling, I usually try to work 1 on 1 with them to see what might be off. #csp554
Sometimes I allow student to pick their groups for a change which helps motivate them to work well together. We also have discussions about what it means to be on a team and during activities, walking around getting students involved in the group activity. #csp554
Have students sign bowling club posters in the gym when they accomplish specific goals. Strike, spare, double strike, turkey, gutter, split club. Even made up some clubs. #csp554
A2. It’s rare that we have students take notes in PE at the elementary level. After each chapter write down the important components. I think handwritten notes help me remember things better. #csp554
