@Carhood_ Left my car with carhood to get a speeding fine while their staff were driving my car. No payment after 76 days. A letter from a debt collector when they didn't pay one of the four etag fines I had to send while I was away... worst part of my trip by far

@tapairportugal 98 days after my flight was delayed 50 hours and I paid for my own hotel room my money is finally in my account... thanks! Don't say thanks for understanding and being patient because I don't understand what took so long

@tapairportugal 77 days!!! That's not as soon as possible, your airline is an actual joke, you took 50 extra hours to get me to my destination, do something about returning the money your staff told me to spend on a hotel room

@tapairportugal 65 days and ignoring my request to escalate my problem is not as quick as possible! are you going to add interest to my claim to cover what I'm paying on my credit card?

@tapairportugal THIS IS A JOKE. I have been 356€ out of pocket for 65 days. I asked for help to escalate my claim 15 days ago. I can't afford to have this money owing on my credit card. You also need to pay me 500€ in delay fees according to the legislation. START HELPING ME

@Columbia1938 I'm in Svalbard with cold wet toes. Why are my Minx Shorty Boots not waterproof anymore? I left Australia with brand new boots 103 days ago and I know what day it got cold enough to switch into them. I've worn my boots 29 dry days and now 5 wet days in a row, why???

@SAS why do the airport staff say this has never happened before but the tour operators in town laugh at that part of the story and then tell you about the last big luggage fail that was worse for more tourists than this one

@SAS would be amazing if the email address I wrote on my baggage submission form matched the one you entered on your system, the 5 missing letters probably explains my lack of email about a tracking number I could have followed for 31 hours, or used to get help from my insurance

@SAS paying me back for the underwear I bought isn't compensation, it's reimbursement. If you fly me 3 hours late I get €250. If you fly my bag 31 hours late I get nothing!!! How is that the EU law???? something needs to change
