He was "unavailable" outside of 9 am to 4 pm, except on rare occasions. Presidents should be available at least during waking hours, even if on vacation. Trump is. Biden never was. Obama was sometimes.

@travisakers 1st, how do you know it is on tax payers dime? Do you have flight records that show he used govt plane? Or time sheet showing he was "on the clock"?
2nd, do you expect a salaried employee to work 24/7 without any type of time off?
