@smichail89 @btbusinesscare No, 5mths without service, partly @OpenreachHelp fault as needed line to new property. But BT not cancelled old lines & charging crazy amount for mini hub as no other option. escalated to management but no one seems to be able to progress or resolve so we've cancelled.
@btbusinesscare any danger of sorting my parents internet & phone- been without either & having to use mini hub for 5 months, charged for services still running in their old property which they cannot access and no resolution to anything despite hours of phone calls and emails
