A7: One last thought on Dance floor/Balcony- as a BOE member, they are often put "on the dance floor" for the role they hold- not because they want it. The analogy gets a bad rap at times.
How they respond is what really matters. #suptchat

A6: I think it's important to recognize Board members at events (concerts, etc.) when they attend. They don't get paid for the hundreds of hours they spend, and recognizing them publicly for their work in the community is the least we can do. #suptchat

A4: Our Board was 1 of 24 in the state to earn the coveted Board Governance Award this past year from @ILschoolboards ...they believe in PD to improve their work as Board members. #suptchat
