@CanRevAgency How have I never been offered a callback when I have waited on hold for 3 hours so many times? Also, the current estimated wait time on your website is 17 minutes but I have been on hold for 1 hour and 26 minutes. Why is it so inaccurate?

@CanRevAgency At least 7 times in the last 10 days, I have called and been given an estimated wait time, only to have my call disconnected after 3 hours on hold due to "technical difficulties". How can I get through? Spending over 20 hours on hold is unacceptable.
