@anthearyan @the_cra I had the same problem. Got through today. They said my username and password were caught in a data breach so to be safe my account was locked. They were able to fix it 3.5 hours later.

@sugarbabez @CanRevAgency I did the same thing last night! If you can I would suggest calling right at 9am. The letter might tell you to call anyways lol. Not sure about being able to submit taxes, the tax companies won’t be able to access your account either if you efile

I tried the exact same thing I went through in my wife’s account because she is having the same problem and it ended up giving us a different error code at the end. They have to unlock it from their end first before it will work.
