@AmericanAir It took me over 36 hours to get home after a flight cancelation and many delays due to mechanical and crew issues. I’ve had no resolution and no offer of anything due to my issues.

[Kelly Henderson @kellylhenderson]

@AmericanAir - flight 9605 - this is insane. Stuck in Nassau for over 26 hours now due to delays and canceled flights. Not weather related. Now the entire flight might be stuck a second night? What’s happening? How are you compensating this entire flight?

[Kelly Henderson @kellylhenderson]

@Stephania_ESPN @FieldYates @MikeClayNFL Thanks! That was my gut too! Go niners!

[Kelly Henderson @kellylhenderson]

@AmericanAir no follow-through. No care or concern. And no compensation. Probably no more customer now either

[Kelly Henderson @kellylhenderson]

@AmericanAir and he's not willing to get it himself or ask someone else to get it for me, even though an AA agent told me I'd have it

[Kelly Henderson @kellylhenderson]

@AmericanAir would have to claim it before I get back on a plane, or I could lose it. And your manager here told me it won't get pulled.

[Kelly Henderson @kellylhenderson]

@AmericanAir i was told by the gate agent they would get my bag. Your baggage agent told me that it would get pulled in the morning and i

[Kelly Henderson @kellylhenderson]

@AmericanAir your gate agents, baggage people, and managers all have different information and refuse to help me find my bag.

[Kelly Henderson @kellylhenderson]

@AmericanAir - your customer service is the worst! Your agents show zero compassion for your customers and they won't even attempt to help
