Hi, I'm Kelly. I've always taken a lot of photos. It's fun. Overtime, my picture taking turned into a passion for photography. I love being a photographer.
@GlennonDoyle @iSmashFizzle @AbbyWambach What struck me most was this:”…leadership is you just figure out what you needed when you were younger and you create that or you become that.”❤️
@GlennonDoyle@BreneBrown@AbbyWambach I really enjoyed this podcast with Brene Brown. I loved when she said, “When we see someone in a struggle, reframe “I’m here to fix” to “I’m here to walk with”.”We need a billboard for that.
@GlennonDoyle I really enjoyed this episode and the following statement: “Maybe the point of love is not that it lasts forever, but maybe is that it grows with us and changes us.” Very true…❤️
@GlennonDoyle@AbbyWambach I loved this from the podcast: “…and whenever you get a glimpse of somebody’s insides, which is usually unfancy, that’s art. It’s like allowing that inner self to breathe.”❤️
@GlennonDoyle@AbbyWambach@emilynagoski This was a fantastic episode. So much info to absorb! A point that Emily made that impacted me was - “You are who knows what’s true for you and if you get quiet enough and you look closely at what’s actually happening inside your body (and outside)- you’re the source of wisdom.”
@GlennonDoyle@AbbyWambach @GilbertLiz Enjoyed this podcast! Two statements that really resonated with me were “Love has to do with a fierce celebration of what a person is” and “I really like the idea of considering the success or the power of your love as judged by the beloved.” ❤️
@GlennonDoyle Ending times are awesome. For me, it’s the time leading up to the ending time that can be uncomfortable and stressful. The last major party I attended, I actually snuck out and hid in my car for awhile to kill some time🤷🏼♀️. What we introverts won’t do…😂
@GlennonDoyle I really liked the following statements: “Pain is ok…that pain is actually more than ok. It’s what teaches us in many ways. It’s how we become fully human.” Also: “The more fires you walk through…what you learn is that you’re fireproof.”🔥💪🏻
@GlennonDoyle@AbbyWambach What resonated with me was when Sister stated during The Next Right Thing segment, “make a belief about your emotions - that your emotions are capable of shifting - that they are not completely out of your control.”👍🏻
@GlennonDoyle@togetherrising I loved during the “We Can Do Easy Things”segment when Sister brought up your past comments about getting out of the terror of “what if” and instead just keep coming back to “what is” and how it helps her during anxious, panicky times.❤️
