Hey @Tesla, a brand new $60k car shouldn't die in the first week. And if it does, some actual customer service and a long term loaner car is the least you could do.

@nationwidepet has the absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced. They are liars and their pet insurance is a scam and they don't take responsibility for their lies. I would never recommend them again.
