@Joewzm44@timruss2 Are you suggesting we crowd fund to maintain our bridges and roads too? I don’t personally enjoy or benefit from what a lot of my taxes pay for but I still pay my taxes. I believe it’s part of taking care of the collective us.
@JeremyFaison4TN I imagine that most Presidents since “classified documents” became a thing followed standard protocol for returning those which had been “taken by mistake,” too. How ‘bout 45? Cooperating or obstructing?
"If we were not powerful, they would not try so hard to stop us." @brotherjones_ message to young people after his expulsion from the Tennessee state legislature #SaturdayShow
@YuriGromyko@TNSenateDems@CSexton25@RepAndrewFarmer@TNGOP They shouted in the chambers, you dingbat. Jan 6 in DC was an insurrection with weapons and threats to hang the VP, threats to attack the speaker. No one was in danger in this case, just the snowflake @tngop who couldn’t bear hearing a cry for common sense gun legislation.

Reminder for the people in power: The families, who are burying children and loved ones murdered in last week’s #CovenantSchool shooting, deserve real action to stop gun violence.

@owillis I am frankly surprised that @RepAndrewFarmer didn’t call Justin Pearce “boy” when he was grandstanding and grilling him. He did everything but. Spoke down to him, tried to shame him, tried to belittle him. Farmer’s the one who came out looking like the tool here.
Has-been area political grifter who formerly defiled the governor’s mansion @ScottWalker has thoughts. He might still be jealous of those young people who actually finished college without all his “struggles.”
Younger voters are the issue.
It comes from years of radical indoctrination - on campus, in school, with social media, & throughout culture. We have to counter it or conservatives will never win battleground states again.

@jbendery We know the answer, of course, and she stated it. But an interesting strategy was just pointed out on a friend’s feed that the deciding vote for Johnson was Pearson’s vote. She escaped expulsion by one vote. Pearson was still voting because he hadn’t yet been voted on himself. 🔥
.@CapehartJ: "Listening to Rep. Jones and Rep. Pearson solidified why I have so much faith in Gen Z. They've put up with so much...and they're stepping up to the plate—I hope to see those two men and Rep. Johnson out there showing what leadership at the local level looks like."
