What a hypocrite.
Albanese was the Transport & Infrastructure Minister from 2007 to 2013, the responsible Minister when Australian first fell below 90 days - AND HE DID NOTHING.
And now, he’s had four years as PM - and again he‘s DONE NOTHING.
A decade of neglect and failure.
The person most responsible for mess Australia finds itself in is ALBANESE.
A psychologist just said what millions have witnessed:
"Trump has the most severe personality disorder a human being can have.”
“The world is in a hell lot of trouble, because the most powerful man in the world is both evil and demented."
Trump threatened and disrespected Denmark and Greenland for months on end.
Now Donnie is demanding NATO join his illegal and poorly planned war against Iran.
History will record this as "loser diplomacy."
Someone tell Albo that you can’t say Australian personnel acted in compliance with international law and in the same breath say you haven’t done an assessment on the international law bit because that’s for the US and Israel to decide.
@ShereleMoody It's not Albanese, or Albo, it's Albosleazy. He's a grub, a coward, a liar and a spin doctor.
He certainly isn't a leader, a uniter or a doer.
@AlboMP Can you believe the chutzpah on this sociopath?
…“Cheaper medicines. Boosting bulk billing. Free TAFE. Record hospital funding. Free Medicare Urgent Care Clinics”….
Then, the very same day….
@MurrayWatt Your record: Abandoned elderly people in hospitals without any aged care places. Made the housing crises worse with your dumb 5% deposit. Failed to address the shortage of trades workers. Failed low income recipients. Set the tone for the worst terrorist attack in Aus history.
@OnePathNetwork@PeterCronau Because the peace of mind of Zionist Jews is more important than the lives of 800,000 Gazans, and state terrorism against australian protesters is small potatoes.
@OnePathNetwork He was kms away from the protest. Unless they were planning to drive him all the way to Town Hall or Central & make him catch public transport back to his hotel, there was no chance of him crossing paths with Town Hall protesters. It was for his entertainment, not his protection
@OnePathNetwork@jaraparilla A 30 minute plan. A rushed & hackneyed job of crowd management. I thought they were supposed to be experts.
And yet, for the SMB march they were concerned about “crowd crush.”
Yesterday (9.2.26) - at Sydney Town Hall, they created it.
Shameful day for Aust Govt & police.
@OnePathNetwork@iQ_S4R4 There’s a bit of hyperbole here. Herzog didn’t have to be evacuated to anywhere
he had a motorcade that took him very sedately to an area that was nowhere near the protest. He was never anywhere near the rally
The rally was peaceful right up until the end when police attacked
@OnePathNetwork@CartwheelPrint Important to note that at no stage were protestors even suggesting or going to try to get anywhere near where Herzog was (nearly 2 km away across a harbour).
For those trying to understand why police violence escalated so rapidly at what began as a peaceful protest in Sydney, the trigger was not crowd disorder but the presence of Israeli President Isaac Herzog. NSW Police were reportedly given around 30 minutes to evacuate Isaac Herzog from Darling Harbour. Rather than managing the protest through de-escalation or crowd control, police moved aggressively to clear the area, prioritising the rapid extraction of the visiting leader.
What followed was a sharp and widely criticised use of force against civilians. Worshippers were assaulted, protesters were beaten, and civilians were pepper-sprayed as police pushed through the crowd. Many people were arrested during the operation, including individuals who witnesses say were protesting peacefully. The crackdown was carried out in the name of protecting a foreign head of state who has been the subject of international legal complaints and UN scrutiny over statements linked to the genocide on Gaza, a decision that has since raised serious questions about proportionality, civil liberties, and whose safety the state ultimately chose to defend.
