We are all One. Move through your life as if everyone, and indeed, everything, is an extension of you. Treat all other people as if they were part of you. Treat all other things the same way.
'In all of your relationships, if you can love someone enough to allow them to be exactly what they chose to be—without any expectations or attachments from you—you'll know true peace in your lifetime.'
Dr. Wayne Dyer
“Mental issues feed on the attention you give them.
The more you care about them, the stronger they become.
If you ignore them, they lose their power and eventually disappear.”
~ Annamalai Swami
"Happiness is permanent. It is always there. What comes and goes is unhappiness.
If you identify with what comes and goes, you will be unhappy. If you identify with what is permanent and always there, you are happiness itself.”
~ Papaji
If we can teach our children to look at each person they meet as themselves, and part of God - struggle, superiority and a desire to hurt others will disappear.
Neale Donald Walsch
We Are All One. This is the only message that matters. It is the only message there is. Everything else in Life is a reflection of this message. Everything else sends it.
You can only become happy and peaceful when you have no desires. Accept everything the way it is. Just the way it is. The good and the so-called bad, the right and the wrong, just accept everything. Do not evaluate it. Do not judge it. Do not try to change it. Just be.
~R. Adams
Who am I?
That's the question that echoes through time. We often think we are our thoughts, our memories, or the feelings we experience in our bodies. But is that the whole truth?
Consider this - thoughts come and go. Memories rise and fade. Feelings shift constantly. If they are always changing, can they truly define you?
What if the only constant in your life isn’t any of these shifting experiences, but the awareness behind them? The one thing that never changes is the simple knowing of your experience. Whether you're happy, sad, thinking, or feeling, there is always the awareness of it happening.
You are not your thoughts. Thoughts appear *to* you. You are not your feelings. They arise *in* you. The true you is the awareness in which all of these things arise and dissolve.
But awareness isn’t some distant, mystical thing. It’s immediate, intimate, and always present. Right now, as you read these words, there’s awareness of seeing, of understanding. Notice it. It’s effortlessly here.
So why does it feel like we’re something separate, something small and limited? The mind creates boundaries - a sense of “me” and “not me.” It divides reality into parts. But if you try to find this separate “me” directly, it slips away. You can find thoughts. You can find feelings. But where is the thinker? Where is the feeler?
It’s never there. There’s just the flow of experience - sights, sounds, sensations – arising in awareness.
The power of this discovery is profound. If you are awareness itself, then you are not limited to a fragile, temporary body. Awareness has no edges, no limits. It doesn’t get old. It doesn’t break. It doesn’t suffer in the way the mind believes it does.
And yet, awareness doesn’t reject anything either. It allows all thoughts, all feelings, even the hard ones. It holds space for joy and pain alike. When you stop resisting what arises and simply rest as awareness, suffering begins to dissolve.
Imagine living from this understanding. No longer tangled in stories about who you should be or trapped in thoughts of the past and future. Just fully here - peaceful, open, free.
Who are you?
You are not a thing. Not a story. You are the vast, timeless awareness in which everything unfolds.
And that changes everything.
It’s not the thoughts that pass through your head that impact your life; it’s the ones you take possession of and think about all day long.
Michael Neill
If you want to awaken all of humanity,
then awaken all of yourself.
If you want to eliminate the suffering in the world,
then eliminate all that is dark and negative in yourself.
Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own 'SELF - TRANSFORMATION .'
Lao Tzu
@EckhartTolle When we let go of inner resistance, we stop saying life stop being the way you are and be the way that I want you to be. As soon as you do that, things get better if for no other reason than the way that you see them gets better because you’re not resisting.
"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom."
~ Viktor Frankl
