Utterly disappointed how @Wealthsimple has been handling their withdraw from the UK market: They simply won’t do what their customers ask them to do - eg to transfer their ISA to a company they want instead one that is imposed to them. @Siftedeu have you reported on this at all?

@monzo Your chat feature is the worse. The answers are not in real time, every single message is a standard canned answer and nothing seems to help. This is the worse customer service I've ever experienced from a bank. Just sad.

@monzo Can't believe I've to take it on to twitter to resolve a dispute. All I want is to follow up on a dispute I made months ago & never got resolved. When I try to reopen the case I'm asked to repeat everything. Every time a different support agent with the same generic msg.
