From what I read between the lines of that confrontation of the Iranian and American Side:

1: America declared itself the guardian of the strait of hormuz and will help commercial goods pass for 20%

2: Iran declared they will take less than 20% and be fairer in the deal..

3: war about to run into another next-level excursion of military action very likely

4: china will be able to make trade for Iranian oil again

I honestly expected this memorandum of understanding to stay valid but seems contract-breaches seem to be a common practice in these echelons..
