I just read this quote in a piece about how to design landing pages...and I would like to embroider it, etch it, shellack it across everything that I do and in every conversation I have.
The more I do this consultancy thing, the more I realise that what most people struggling with content need is governance and process. Ideas can come from anywhere, but you need the right time, people and framework to keep those ideas consistent and relevant.
