My aunty - and ex @ArsenalWFC & Wales footballer - just reached Everest Base Camp this afternoon, raising money for @TheWallich. An incredible role model for women of all ages & I can only hope to be this fit at 50!

Yesterday was bittersweet; saying goodbye to the place I thought I’d stay for the majority of my career, but focussing on my development & beginning a new role. The women I’ve worked with will forever hold a place in my heart & i’m excited for the next chapter💜

Whenever I fly abroad, I always think of the women I support in my job, who are still in active addiction. I wish I could create a visual timeline, to show them how much their lives could change and how they really are capable of achieving absolutely anything💜
