Huge questions for the PSNI leadership.

The same PSNI would not remove bonfire material from a loyalist site last year & would simply not countenance green lighting a reciprocal Republican parade in a loyalist area due to the risk of potential disorder.

@DarranMarshall I just read through the full declaration doc....this feels like a really smart move by the parades commission: the court will likely reject this tomorrow morning on appeal from the residents.

If the PC rejected it...after the recent court case we wouldn't hear the end of it.
