Had to borrow £5000 from a friend to pay for another accommodation after @Airbnb_uk @Airbnb refused to simply apply my previous payment to a new booking. I am now out of pocket to the tune of almost £10000. Not to talk of the stress/aggravation from the entire fiasco @UkWatchdogs
