Every side has idiots, that is just the laws of probability.

This is my point though, if those buzzwords are thrown around all of the time, it takes the real meaning away when it is actually the case.
Hence the power of words. If you dilute them or empower them, it changes their meaning and normally a deflection or a distraction from the real discourse required.

@_ortodoxxy @Swurv__ Market will dictate. Price it however they want, if nobody buys it, they're not selling.
They know early adopters will pay whatever but the meat and bone is the mass market who will wait.
I doubt they base their earning projections off the full price tag.

@thesungaming11 @Swurv__ @ImUpAndAdam Also being a case of updating drivers and the rest of the faff. A console you just turn on, off you go. A PC can be the same but consoles are just easier for your average folk.
I miss my days of late night gaming on my PC but convenience wins.

@KGLordofhollows @Swurv__ Haha they know people will buy them anyway. Considering what nintendo of the 80s and 90s, this modern version is not great in my eyes. Yeah a handheld, so they put the ds and the wii together. Hence I had a switch but not bothering with switch upgrade.

Its the games that power them, the console is just the tool.

We've had some lazy slop recently, glossed with pretty colours but design wise were lacking in quality. Games that were broken, that could have been better.

Console wars mean, you need to step it up. Some 10 hr games can leave more lasting effect than one thats 250hrs. Its the game, the design, the thought, not just the fillers.

Competition is good for gamers.
