My thing is who is this for...? Ultimately, it's just to protect non-transitioners feelings, but like... what does this do to help people who are transitioning and NEED to treat their dysphoria? What about people actually at risk of losing access to their necessary medication?
@vy6dpdeJqt31203 There's a difference between not having access to transitional resources and not wanting to, though? Like where I'm ethnically from, transitioning is quite literally illegal, I just had the privilege of being born in the US
AI-generated CSAM is still CSAM. AI is derivative of what it learns from, and you can’t just wave away the harm because the final image is synthetic. If real CSAM entered the training data, then real children were exploited to help create it, obviously???
JUST IN: 🇺🇸 Federal appeals court rules First Amendment protects private possession of AI-generated child sexual abuse material if it does not depict a real person.

@ImaginationPla5 Can you type like an adult? Say fucking. You're 21. Act it.
And even then, people that *only* do one of those are in a different place in life than those that require more resources? They have more privilege. That's fine. But we're not the same.
@Taken_The_Black I do not perceive myself as suffering more. We're talking about something that kills people vs making them feel "valid" in their feelings. Of the trans people who are murdered the ones primarily murdered or afflicted by poverty are not the cis presenting ones
@ImaginationPla5 "Trying to invalidate people's [transfers]" But they're not transitioning... so it's not invalidating to their transitions which don't exist...?
@Taken_The_Black Mine aren't feelings though, they're a material reality. One is an insult, the other is life or death. And what solidarity am I meant to have? What do I have in common with them? Legitimately. None material that's for sure
Dire que les personnes trans sont “né.e dans le mauvais corps” c’est hyper transphobe et ça entretien la dysphorie de genre, vous conditionnez littéralement les personnes trans à détester leurs corps.
