The first thing I saw on TikTok this morning honestly got me emotional🥹.

It was this girl talking about how she had hit a rough patch in her life, nothing was really stable, and she just needed a reset. So she moved in with her friend for about six months, just to get herself back on track. Her friend told her the rent was $350 a month… but she decided to pay $400 anyway, just to be safe and not feel like a burden.

For six months straight, she stayed consistent. Every single month, she paid that money, thinking she was just doing the responsible thing while trying to rebuild her life.

Then when it was finally time for her to move out and start fresh…
